RING SIZE CHART
ORDERS
Please expect 3-6 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and ready to ship. If you need a more precise timeline, please reach out to us when placing your order and we’ll provide a firm ETA. For rush orders, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please email us at info@katkimfinejewelry.com before placing your order to confirm if we can meet your delivery date. Please note that rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. ACH transfers provided upon request.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order.
However, should you wish to exchange or return a product for store credit, please contact info@katkimfinejewelry.com. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date, with original packaging in perfect condition. Returns are subject to a 10% stocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Once your return has been processed, your katkimfinejewelry.com credit will be sent via email. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, we recommend packages are insured for the value of the returned item.
*All diamond or stone purchases cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the date of purchase.
*Engagement rings, special orders and any pieces with customizations/engravings are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
*Our bespoke design deposit is non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store-credit.
*All orders shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
TAXES
We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of California. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.
SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped via FedEx. Overnight and next day is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
We ship internationally via UPS or FedEx (depending on the shipping restrictions for particular countries). KATKIM is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, brokerage, or other fees assessed to international shipments and KATKIM is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. You will most likely have duties and taxes due upon customs clearance. These fees can be paid via the FedEx website and they will contact you directly.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. KATKIM is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves KATKIM. If your order is sent back to KATKIM by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to help track your package. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible. Please make sure to note a shipping address that is secure.
JEWELRY CARE
We recommend annual check-ups and cleaning of your jewelry to ensure your precious pieces are well-maintained and can last a lifetime. Our team can assess each piece and provide guidance on any required maintenance work. The customer is responsible for shipping fees in both directions.
Gold and Platinum are precious yet delicate metals, and over time, it’s normal for your ring to acquire fine scratches. These gentle marks are a testament to the moments you've shared with your jewelry, adding character and a personal touch to your piece. Rather than viewing them as imperfections, see them as a part of your ring’s unique story, enhancing its charm.
Should you need to repair, resize or add sizing beads to your ring, please reach out to info@katkimfinejewelry.com, and we will provide you with a price quote and timeline.
To extend the life of your pieces, remove them while using harsh chemicals, lotions, beauty products, and perfumes. Do not wear while swimming, performing any strenuous activity or lifting heavy objects.
WARRANTY POLICIES
Our team takes great pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring that our client's jewelry remains in optimal condition for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Our fine jewelry collection warranty covers one complimentary repair within one year of order delivery, given that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, discoloration from use of harsh chemicals, or any modification made to a piece by a third party.
Our Engagement Rings and Bespoke Pieces come with a three year warranty. We provide complimentary repairs for loose or broken prongs , distorted bands/rings within three years of purchase. However, any repairs needed due to wear and tear, negligence or exhibit any obvious damages will not be covered by the warranty. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, discoloration from use of harsh chemicals, or any modification made to a piece by a third party. Please note, we do not cover center stone replacements. However, any missing melée stones will be replaced within three years of purchase. We offer one complimentary annual re-polishing for all pieces covered under this policy. Repairs outside of this warranty period can be provided with a fee.
Clients are responsible for all associated shipping fees and responsible for covering shipping costs in both directions.
