We take great pride in providing exceptional service and ensuring each piece remains in optimal condition for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Our fine jewelry collection includes a one-time complimentary repair within one year of delivery, provided the damage results from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty excludes lost pieces, improper storage, discoloration due to harsh chemicals, and any alterations performed by third parties. Engagement rings and bespoke pieces are protected under a three-year warranty, which includes complimentary repairs for issues such as loose or broken prongs and distorted bands.
While normal wear, negligence, or visible damage are not covered, we do offer annual complimentary re-polishing and will replace any missing melée stones during this period.
Please note: center stone replacements are not included. Repairs beyond the warranty window can be accommodated for an additional fee. Clients are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
