Because each KATKIM piece is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, stone appearance, dimensions, and other details may occur. Natural diamonds and gemstones are inherently individual and may vary in color, inclusions, shape, and appearance.

Images may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings. We therefore cannot guarantee that colors or proportions displayed digitally will precisely represent the physical piece.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, availability, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Products, diamonds, gemstones, and materials are subject to availability. Placement of an order does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed by KATKIM.

5. ORDERS

KATKIM reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, sizing, engraving, and personalization information when placing an order.

Once a made-to-order, bespoke, engraved, personalized, or special-order piece has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Production estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing by KATKIM.

6. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Additional payment methods, including ACH or wire transfer, may be available upon request.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

KATKIM reserves the right to request additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

7. MADE-TO-ORDER, BESPOKE & PERSONALIZED PIECES

Many KATKIM pieces are individually made to order.

Bespoke designs, special orders, engagement rings, engraved pieces, resized pieces, personalized pieces, and other customized items may be subject to separate terms and are generally final sale as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Bespoke projects may require a non-refundable design deposit and approval of designs, specifications, stones, and other details prior to production.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, store credits, and final-sale purchases are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please review the applicable policy carefully before placing an order, particularly when purchasing engagement rings, bespoke pieces, customized jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, or international orders.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping, delivery, signature requirements, international shipments, duties and taxes, and lost or delayed packages are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Clients are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address and for being available to accept shipments requiring a signature.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this website, including without limitation KATKIM jewelry designs, product designs, photographs, imagery, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, videos, illustrations, website design, and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to KATKIM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No KATKIM content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, sold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Nothing contained on this website grants any license or right to use any KATKIM trademark, trade name, design, image, or other intellectual property without our express written consent.
