Crafted of solid 18K gold, the Echo Reversible Pendant Hoops offer two expressions in one. Each pendant features 0.50 carats of diamonds on the front, with a customizable selection of colored gemstones on the reverse, allowing the piece to transform with a simple turn.
The pendants are paired with 18K gold huggie hoops and designed to be interchangeable, giving you the freedom to wear them diamond-side forward, reveal a flash of color, or remove the pendants and wear the huggies on their own.
